At Just Lay There, every piece is made just for you — cozy, comfortable, and created on demand. Because of this, we don’t keep extra stock or handle returns in the traditional sense. But don’t worry — we’ve got you covered if something goes wrong.

If there’s an issue with your order

We’ll gladly replace or refund your item if it arrives:

• Damaged or defective

• Incorrect (wrong product, size, or print error)

Please reach out within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. You can email us at casmereinvestments@gmail.com or contact us here and we’ll take care of it.

If you change your mind

Since all items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse (wrong size/color chosen, changed your mind, etc.)

We encourage checking our size guides carefully before ordering.

Refund process

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
